The key instructions are included in the templates.  Be sure to include your copyright notices on both 
(usually in the form "(c)2009 XYZ Company/Individual" at the bottom/back of the disc/insert) and an 
indication on both as to what sort of disc it is (Video DVD, Data DVD, CD, Blu-Ray Disc, etc) since 
they all look similar.
